Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, and supplier warehouse location.

If a product has a different delivery estimate, we will show it on the product page or notify you by email.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different supplier warehouses.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your options, including cancellation and refund where required.
