30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email pawtrailsupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on used pet products with hair, dirt, odor, or wear; items damaged by chewing, scratching, misuse, or improper washing; gift cards; or final sale items clearly marked as final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
